Kiawah Engagement: Haylee + Josh

Haylee + Josh are high school sweethearts set to get married this March! I was so excited driving out to Kiawah last Sunday to meet the two of them for their engagement session. When I pulled up to our meeting point, out walked this bombshell couple. Am I right? Haylee’s dress and jumpsuit pictured are L’ABEYE, and Josh informed me that we have the Citadel to thank for his outfit! Regardless of where they got their clothes, I love what they chose!

So how cute is this? Josh proposed to Haylee this July during a bike ride on Kiawah where they spend a lot of time on the weekends. Eeeek I can only imagine that it was the perfect proposal. Let me tell you, these two are not just picture perfect, but they’re the absolute SWEETEST. They are clearly head over heels for each other as you can see when you scroll down!

For their engagement, we drove to 3 different spots throughout Kiawah. Kiawah is every photographer’s dream. Think live oaks, beaches, marsh and boat landings. These photos represent a little piece of the lowcountry at each location. There’s something about Kiawah that is so serene that just adds to it’s beauty. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of photographing there.

As I mentioned above, Haylee + Josh get married this March just outside of Charleston at a family home on Pinopolis Island. This wedding is going to be a GREAT one. I love a unique venue. Especially a family home. I am surely counting down the days until these two tie the knot.
