An Intimate Waterfront Park Wedding: Aly + Austin

Aly + Austin’s downtown Charleston wedding was everything an intimate wedding should be! Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Aly + Austin tied the knot at Waterfront Park, just a few steps away from the Charleston Harbor. Not only were they surrounded by friends and family, but their babies Ty + Loki. In case you are wondering, Ty + Loki are the two unbelievable Great Danes pictured below. In fact, Aly + Austin’s love story started because of these two pups. The two of them met while at the dog park one afternoon, so it was only fitting to have the dogs so heavily involved in the day! If you remember back to my Instagram post a few weeks back, these dogs were so chill on the wedding day. We explored downtown Charleston with a large wedding party and two Great Danes. Needless to say if you were downtown that day, you didn’t miss this crew!

After their perfect waterfront ceremony, Aly + Austin brought the party to one of my favorite restaurants downtown, Paw Paw. Their friends and family enjoyed great food, amazing company, sweet speeches, and Aly + Austin’s first dance. These two have such sweet souls, and it is no surprise to me that they ended up together. Everyone that celebrated them that day was so filled with joy to witness such a great friendship and love. Aly + Austin thank you so much for choosing me to be a part of your wedding day!
